BCMG’s Business Process Modelling course provides attendees with a framework, skills and techniques that will enable them to model business processes and deliver process improvements. A realistic case study is used to practise and apply the techniques learned.

Business Process Modelling is aimed at anyone who requires an understanding of business processes, including business analysts, business managers and their staff, business change managers and project managers.
What is the course structure?
The Modelling Business Processes course takes place over three days, and runs from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm each day. Refreshments and lunch are provided throughout the course.
How is the course delivered?
BCMG training courses are delivered by practicing industry experts who bring their substantial experience of business change projects and application of business analysis techniques to the programme, to ensure work-place relevant skills.
What course materials are provided?
A comprehensive manual, containing detailed information about business analysis techniques, and providing references for further reading, is provided to each delegate who attends this course.
How is my learning assessed?
This course thoroughly prepares participants for the BCMG Modelling Business Processes examination, which is held on the final day of the course. The examination is open-book and tests the participant’s application of Modelling Business Process techniques on business scenarios.
Is this course accredited?
The business process modelling course is a practitioner module in the BCMG Certificate Programme in Business Analysis and endorsed by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).
This course earns 21 professional development hours (PD hours) / continuing development units (CDUs) and is aligned with version 3.0 of A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide™).
